Restaurant City - Little People Go Toilet

Ohh!!! I found something special after the people finish drink the dish "Drink Me!", they turn small but they still can GO TO TOILET!!! I wondering how they can go toilet in normal way...see the picture below.

I just make the picture bigger, this is the person just finish drink "Drink Me!". They just sit on the toilet side, so how they can "use" the toilet properly...hmmm...XD
